Returning Items
Can I return my order? Easy! We recommend you post any returns to us using the carrier who delivered the goods to you. Please return all goods to the address on the 'contact us' page of the website.
Please notify us via email enquiries@touchthaidirect.com specifying reason for return on the day you despatch the goods so we can ensure there are no delays in processing your returns.
All goods need to be returned in pristine condition within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your returned goods do not arrive with 3 days of receiving your email we will notify you. It is your responsibility to log claims with the courier if goods have been lost.
Refunds
We will only refund if the goods are returned in pristine condition.
We will refund delivery charges if we have sent you the incorrect product line.
